my fourth visit to al khoory atrium was fantastic! the staff are just amazing, and the rooms are quirky and clean. i finally tried the spa this time, and the reflexology was brilliant. the sauna and steam room were great too. location is close to mall of the emirates, making it easy to grab a taxi or find restaurants nearby. just love this place!

Had a great time with friends exploring the Gold Souk and Mall of the Emirates. The location is perfect, and the staff, especially housekeeping, ensured our stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet. it had good options.

However, parking was a hassle as the entrance was quite complicated and narrow, making it frustrating to navigate. It took extra time to park.

My room was impeccably clean each day, creating a welcoming atmosphere after long work hours. Special thanks to Naresh for ensuring my apartment remained tidy throughout my stay.

Great place for a short stay

The room was spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a flat-screen TV. Daily cleaning kept it spotless. The rooftop pool was a nice spot to relax after a day out. Staff were helpful, especially at the front desk. Breakfast had a good variety including pastries and fruits.

The housekeeping staff was exceptional, keeping the room spotless.

The gym equipment was outdated and not functioning properly.

We loved exploring the Mall of the Emirates, full of shops and fun activities. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and Ismael and Alex really made us feel at home. It’s a great family hotel in a prime location!

My kids wished there were more activities for little ones. A play area would be fantastic!

Al Khoory Atrium is a real gem for food lovers! Being super close to some local eateries, I feasted on Bombay Urban Cafe's spicy bites and snagged a slice from 800 Pizza that hit all the right notes. Plus, the friendly staff and comfy room made for a delightful stay.

I enjoyed my stay for 1 night. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service, particularly Ms. Michelle at the front desk. The ambience was peaceful, making it a great spot to relax. I highly recommend this place. 😊

Housekeeping knocking too early is just annoying!!! Spa staff lacking enthusiasm made it more frustrating. Also, the furniture is outdated, and a better selection of TV channels would be nice!!!

This hotel was an excellent fit for my short visit in Dubai, definitely value for money. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping my apartment clean and beautiful. they were friendly and always greeted me. Consider asking for a room on a higher floor for better views.
